 Yes teeth whitening is safe. 

 Teeth whitening can be done for everyone except those who are pregnant, breastfeeding, under the age of 16, have gum disease and/or require dental treatment. 

 There are several ways to whiten your teeth, but most involve a bleaching agent, such as hydrogen peroxide. At Brightersmilesbyvalerie we use Philip ZOOM as our hydrogen peroxide (HP)

 If your tooth gem does happen to fall off and you swallow it, no need for concern as it will just pass through. 

 If you feel like you no longer want your tooth gem, make sure you visit your dentist to have it removed. Please do not attempt to remove it at home, as you can cause accidental damage your tooth. 

 If all aftercare instructions are followed correctly, gems can last anywhere between 6-24 months. It is also to be noted that the natural acidity of your saliva and diet would also play a role on how long application will last. (If your tooth gem falls of within 30 days of original day application brightersmilesbyvalerie will do a complementry re-application) 

 Yes you can! It is strongly believed that you can not because it will fall off quickly but at Brightersmilesbyvalerie we use a special bonding glue that allows the gem to adhere and have a long lasting application without causing any damage to your expensive veneers.
